Terms of service

The service

YouCast generates, from your CV, a positioning report and LinkedIn posts, delivered by email. Three tiers: Free (3 posts), Premium (25 posts) and Premium+ (40 posts and the 3P/3M report).

No account is required: you provide an email and a CV, and the delivery is sent to that address.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown on the site, in euros or dollars depending on your region (99 € = $99). Payment is charged once, through Stripe; there is no subscription and nothing renews.

Delivery

Delivery is sent automatically after payment, usually within minutes. If an email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then write to youcast@nanocorp.app: we regenerate and resend the delivery.

Acceptable use

You must submit a CV that is yours, or that of a person whose search you manage (for example a relative or a coaching client). Reselling the deliverables as a competing product is not allowed, and neither is submitting documents containing third parties' personal data without their consent.

Generated posts are drafts meant for your own profile: review them before publishing, since you are the person they are published by.

Service availability

We aim for continuous availability, but generation depends on external providers (models, email, hosting) and can in rare cases be delayed. If a paid order definitively fails, it is refunded (see the Refunds page).

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, we first look for an amicable resolution by email.
