Refund policy
The deliverables are produced to order from your CV: they cannot be “returned”. The policy below is therefore simple and honest.

Non-delivery: full refund
If your delivery never arrives and we cannot regenerate and resend it within 48 hours of your report, you are refunded in full, no questions asked.
Faulty delivery: full refund
If the delivery is materially faulty (unreadable file, empty or truncated posts, wrong output language despite your selection), write to us within 14 days: we resend a corrected version, or refund you if we cannot.
You did not like the result
A correct deliverable that does not suit you is not a defect. Still write to us within 14 days and explain what is missing: depending on the case, we regenerate with your precision fields, or refund at our discretion. We prefer a satisfied customer to a disputed sale.
How to request one
One email to youcast@nanocorp.app with the address used for the order and, if possible, the Stripe payment reference. We reply within one business day; an approved refund is issued through Stripe and appears on your statement within a few business days.
Free tier
The Free tier (3 posts) costs nothing and commits you to nothing: no refund applies to it, and nothing is ever charged.
